Follow these easy steps to claim your ZEISS cashback offer:

  1. Follow this link to the Zeiss promotional platform.
  2. Fill in the form with your details and the details of your new Zeiss Product (the       serial number can be found on the product or packaging)
  3. Upload a copy of your receipt
  4. Submit your request (by July 10, 2026)
  5. Once your claim has been reviewed and provided the eligibility criteria are met, the cashback amount will be transferred to your bank account within 45 days.
