Any goods that have been ordered by customers and not subsequently paid in full and uplifted within 28 days, will be subjected to a re-stocking charge, and returned to stock for sale to other customers.

The above restocking charges will be levied 28 days after the date on which the goods were ordered by the customer.
No purchased goods will be accepted for re-stocking by Cluny Country Store once they have been despatched to the customer.
Cluny Country Store does not operate a “Sale or Return” service for any of it’s goods.
Cluny Country Store accepts no liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
Loss or damage in transit will be covered by the carriers insurance terms, such as are provided by each individual carrier. The level of insurance cover for lost or damaged goods will thus depend on which carrier the customer chooses to deliver the goods.
Goods sent by Royal Mail are covered to a maximum value of £500 for any individual package, irrespective of the actual value of the goods, while goods despatched by TNT International are covered for the full value of the goods, up to a maximum value of £10,000 for any one consignment.
